     Aromatherapy is an alternative therapy that uses essential oils to promote physical and emotional well-being. Essential oils are extracted from plants, flowers, and herbs and are believed to have medicinal properties. Aromatherapy can be used to treat a wide range of conditions, including stress, anxiety, insomnia, various health conditions as well as acute (injury) and chronic (disease) pain. It can also be useful in helping clients who are dealing with suppressed or blocked emotions. With consistent use of the oils as well as compassionate emotional self-assessment, clients can begin to release years of suppressed and pent-up emotions. 

 

    Through Nures Coaching, I work with many people who are looking to come to a deeper understanding of themselves and the underlying issues they are struggling with. (Known and unknown) We will touch on your past and present issues that you are wanting to address and what lifestyle changes you are wanting (and willing) to make. Many people are looking for help understanding healthy lifestyles and choices. My goal is to educate clients about overall wellness. I also have a strong knowledge base of anatomy, physiology, mental and emotional health, lymphatic and liver functions and detox pathways. 

    The only person that can improve your health is YOU.

     You have to come to the awareness, you have to DO the work, you have to WANT to heal....  Get out of the "conventional medicine" box and focus on yourself as a WHOLE. You are not just a "body". You are a body with a mind and spirit! All 3 need to be in harmony for vitality to be restored!

      Many people think aromatherapy is simply "smelling essential oils" and that is it. It is so much more! It does involve inhaling oils, also applying them topically (if indicated). When EO's are used in conjunction with Herbal teas, tinctures, self-awareness and self-assessment, meditations, and healing touch (focusing on energy currents of the body with gentle hand placement and silent prayer) etc.... You can restore yourself to a better state of be-ing! YOU are in control. As much or as little as you want to incorporate.

It is imperative people understand: 

  • How to use these therapies effectively. (teas, tinctures, essential oils and products, supplements)

  • How to determine which components to use.

  • What effects these components will provide for their body. 

  • When to incorporate new oils/tinctures/teas or change what they are currently using. 

  • These options require investment and accountability in a person's health.

How do the Healing Touch Sessions work?

Our bodies are energy. Our specific energy field is our "biofield". Occasionally we experience disruptions in the energy currents. There are ways to reset these currents manually by certain hand placements. These sessions can be done with or without essential oils and usually last 20-30 minutes. This is performed over top of clothing.
