Service Description
As a coach I am here to help you gain clarity about your goals, values, and priorities. We will discuss your current health status and symptoms. We will then discuss various options you can look into such as specialized testing, therapies, or modalities that may benefit you on your journey. We will also cover how Teas, tinctures or herbs may help you improve physically and emotionally. I also work to help you gain improved Self-Awareness as you explore your beliefs, thoughts, and behaviors. We will typically meet every 2 -4 weeks as you navigate your path. Consistency is the key to results! These appointments can be In-Person or via Zoom.
