Service Description
Holistic Nurses Coaches focus on their client's health by enhancing the overall wellness of their patients. They combine the skills they’ve learned in the medical field with lifestyle coaching to help their patients elevate their mental, physical, and spiritual health. Nurse coaching is a structured conversation that facilitates the achievement of client goals. Nurse coaches help patients learn how to recognize and live healing and healthy lifestyles. This is a 45 minute session in which we will discuss your goals, steps you will be implementing (or have been implementing), and your desired outcomes. Education on systemic processes and how lifestyle decisions impact (negatively or positively) your overall health.
