Self-awareness is the ability to monitor our inner triggers and how they impact the external world.
Our thoughts and feelings are signals to alert us to parts of us that need attention. Developing finely tuned self-awareness allows us to keep from being “caught up” by our triggers and enables us to respond objectively and thoughtfully to situations.
It can provide us with a stronger sense of SELF and allow us to begin healing emotional wounds and correct limiting self-beliefs. This healing process can impact our self-love which can impact our overall well-being.
