This is a 3 week series on SUGAR. How it affects the body, and ways to battle this deadly addiction. The last class will be held at the Apothecary where we will be making "craving crusher" tea. This tea blend helps with sugar cravings and alters the TASTE of sweets. Deadline to register is 1.5.24

About the event

OU Chillicothe is offering a "FRESH BEGINNING SERIES" in January.

I will be teaching a 3-class series on SUGAR and how it impacts the body entitled:

SUGAR - Is your sweet tooth killing you?

The last class will be held at the Apothecary, and we will be making

CRAVING CRUSHER TEA. This tea helps with sugar cravings and decreases the receptors on your tongue that are sensitive to "sweets".
