SUGAR - Is your sweet tooth killing you?
This class will be held at the Apothecary.
This is an educational class focusing on SUGAR, how it impacts the body and how it feeds disease. We will discuss ways to battle sugar addiction withdrawal symptoms and healthier sweetening options.
We will discuss CRAVING CRUSHER TEA. This tea helps with sugar cravings and decreases the receptors on your tongue that are sensitive to "sweets".
