Inflammation Class

Join us for an enlightening session on inflammation! 🌿  📅 Date: April 4th 🕰️ Time: 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM  In this class, we’ll dive deep into understanding systemic inflammation and explore effective detox methods. The Inflammation educational class is FREE! 

Afterwards, transform your health with personalized coaching and group support by joining our 4 week Inflammation Program for $50. (This option will be available the night of the class ONLY and will need to be paid for then. This program is for those individuals who want and need extra support and guidance as they navigate their health journey!)  

This program consists of: 🌟 1- Individualized Coaching Session: Experience one-on-one guidance tailored to your unique needs.  🌟 4- Follow-Up Group Sessions: Stay motivated and connected with like-minded individuals on your wellness journey. 

The meetings will be BY ZOOM every MONDAY evening at 7pm. It will involve 15-20 minutes of educational information and 30 minutes of open Q&A.
